A Facebook post from the public noted that water up to 6 inches deep pooled in the parking lot of the Red Lion Hotel in Lewiston, Idaho due to the heavy rain from thunderstorms.

Wider weather episode

A trof of low pressure sweeping around the edge of a low pressure system moving north along the Oregon and Washington Coast produced numerous thunderstorms that moved across Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.
