A member of the public reported that the parking lot at the Hayden Quick Stop flooded and water was flowing into the door. The nearby rain gauge reported 0.19 inches of rain in 20 minutes.

A trof of low pressure sweeping around the edge of a low pressure system moving north along the Oregon and Washington Coast produced numerous thunderstorms that moved across Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.
