A public report noted street and parking lot flooding at the Holiday Gas Station at the intersection of W Prairie Avenue and Highway 95 in Hayden, Idaho. Water was over US 95 at Prairie Avenue as well.

A trof of low pressure sweeping around the edge of a low pressure system moving north along the Oregon and Washington Coast produced numerous thunderstorms that moved across Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.
