Event narrative

A significant amount of snow fell over most of Lincoln County with several locations reported between 3 and 5 inches of accumulation. However, 12 inches of snow was reported east of Panaca along Highway 319 near the Utah border. The deep snow made Highway 319 impassable for a few hours.
