Event narrative

Moisture rotating around an upper low in the Great Basin brought heavy snowfall to the Northeast Big Horn Mountains of North Central Wyoming. From 18 to 24 inches of new snow was reported at Lake Sibley, and 8 inches of new snow fell at Burgess Junction.
