A Red Flag Warning was issued for fire weather zones 624/625 at 0700 PDT on 10/04/99 and cancelled at 2315 PDT on 10/04/99. The warning was for low humidities combined with gusty south winds. The warning was cancelled after the winds subsided and humidities recovered.
