Event narrative

Damage reported to be six and a half million dollars in structural damage and one and a half million dollars in damage to vehicles. Fourteen hundred homes in Beaver were damaged with two homes completely destroyed and twenty-three homes deemed to be unlivable. There were no injuries from the storm.

Severe thunderstorms with devastating winds and large hail pounded the eastern and parts of the central Oklahoma panhandle during the early morning hours.
