A Frost warning was issued for this zone at 0440 PDT on 08/31/99 and expired at 0800 PDT on 09/01/99.Reported low temperatures were in the middle 20s to middle 30s. Frost was not reported, but probably did occur. Three stations reported lows that were well below normal. The Paisley low was 28, 17 degrees below normal, the Silver Lake low was 25, 15 degrees below normal, and the Sprague River low was 19, 18 degrees below normal. Such abnormally low temperatures were probably not widespread.
