A Frost Warning was issued at 0440 PDT on 08/31/99, and cancelled at 0800 PDT on 09/01/99. Reported low temperatures were in the upper 20s to middle 30s. One station, Mt. Hebron, reported a low of 28 degrees, which was 15 degrees below normal. Such abnormally cold temperatures were probably not widespread.
