High winds blew across parts of south central and southeast Wyoming. Wind gusts to 70 mph were reported at Arlington, WY, with gusts to 64 mph reported at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, and on Interstate 25 10 miles southeast of Wheatland, Wy. A tractor-trailer truck was blown over on Interstate 80 9 mileseast of Arlington, injuring the driver.
