As the remnants of tropical weather system Irene moved northeast off the coast, strong and gusty north to northeast winds developed.Wind gusts from 40 to 50 mph caused an unmounted 400 pound security gate to fall on and crush an 87-year old woman that was walking to work in Englewood.
