Strong offshore winds developed across Southern California. The winds gusted up to 77 MPH. There were numerous reports of trees and power lines blown down. In Santa Clarita, the winds knocked over a 60 foot tree onto the Sheriff's station. In Chatsworth, a semi truck was blown over.
