Localized low visibilities over roadways near freshly plowed fields were reported by California Highway Patrol in the Central and Southern San Joaquin Valley. Post-frontal wind reached 25 to 35 MPH causing the raised dust as the relatively dry crop harvest period left many fields exposed at the same time in the Valley and Blowing Dust Advisories were issued.
