Event narrative

Aslow moving tropical connection frontal boundry spread 3 to 5 inches of rain over the Northern Panhandle. Minor small stream flooding of Jordan Creek in the Juneau airport area flooded two homes and one business. The Skagway and Taiya Rivers near Skagway were bank full but no flooding was reported.
