What EF0 means. On the Enhanced Fujita scale, EF0 is light damage: shingles and siding peeled, gutters torn, branches broken, consistent with estimated gusts of 65–85 mph. The rating comes from a survey of the worst damage after the storm, not from a wind measurement, so it says as much about what the tornado hit as about how strong it was.

What the National Weather Service wrote

A NWS storm survey confirmed an EF-0 tornado touched down just west of the intersection of County Roads 102 and 101 and traveled northward along County Road 101. There were numerous trees that were blown down or uprooted as well as power lines down. The maximum estimated winds were up to 80 mph and the path width was about 100 yards.

The wider storm

A stalled frontal boundary in the area developed multiple rounds of thunderstorms which led to flash flooding. There were a few flash flood emergencies due to the catastrophic nature of the flash floods. There were several reports of damaging winds and isolated tornadoes.

Began near Midway (37.0133, -92.6288).
