What the National Weather Service wrote

Numerous roads remained flooded after 3-6+ inches of rain fall in the county. Many creeks and streams were also overflowing and flooding surrounding areas. A motorcyclist drowned after driving into a low water crossing on FM 59 between Athens and Cross Roads. FM 317 was washed out approximately three miles east of SH 31. FM 1616 also washed out from Loop 7 to FM 773.
