The Weatherflow Observing site at West Island recorded a wind gust of 41 mph. No damage was reported.

Wider weather episode

The remnants of Tropical Storm Bill brought tropical moisture to southern New England. This combined with strong low level forcing and some modest instability to produce showers and thunderstorms across portions of the region. While none of these storms became severe, flooding occurred with a few of the storms.
