The Weatherflow reporting site at Kalmus recorded a wind gust of 53 mph. No damage was reported.

Wider weather episode

A strong cold front combined with a remnant of an elevated mixed layer (EML) and a significant amount of deep layer shear and instability to produce showers and thunderstorms across southern New England. Many of these thunderstorms became severe, producing strong to damaging winds.
