By the morning of June 10th the Big Wood River was running across Colorado Gulch Road making it impassable. Colorado Gulch Rd. was closed on the East end at the vehicle gate.

Flash flooding occurred in the town of Victor and in parts of Blaine County on June 10th due to heavy rains from thunderstorms.
