The Collier Butte Wildfire was started by lightning at around 1400 PST on 08/02/2015. As of the last report at 0330 PST on 09/08/2015, the fire covered 11800 acres and was 70 percent contained. 11.2 million dollars had been spent on firefighting efforts.
