CWSU Miami relayed report of waterspout well offshore the Palm Beach County coast.

A weak upper level trough over the eastern Gulf of Mexico and surface boundary across South Florida lead to showers and storms over the Atlantic. Waterspouts developed during the morning hours in association with this activity and a strong wind gust was reported with afternoon storms over Lake Okeechobee.
