Thunderstorms produced several gusts in the 34 to 54 knot range near the mouth of the Menominee River as they moved over the waters of Green Bay.

Thunderstorms that moved across northern Wisconsin intensified as they reached the waters of Green Bay, where they produced strong winds. Gusts of 47 knots and 54 knots were measured with these storms.
