What the National Weather Service wrote

Three waterspouts were reported in Florida Bay approximately two miles to the north-northeast of the Islamorada U.S. Coast Guard Station.

The wider storm

A thermally-enhanced circulation developing over Florida Bay and extreme south Florida produced deep convection originating east of Miami, which propagated southwest along a pre-existing cloud line just north of the Middle and Upper Keys. The resultant updrafts from new convective cells resulted in several waterspouts being observed just north of Islamorada and the Seven Mile Bridge.

Began near Plantation Key (24.9400, -80.6400).
