Event narrative
A couple of stations measured high winds in the Central Oregon Coast Range with sustained winds between 40 and 60 mph. A peak wind gust of 97 mph was measured at Marys Peak. The Rockhouse RAWS measured a peak gust of 69 mph. An official NWS Spotter in Blodgett reported that several branches were down and the shingles on the home were flapping in the wind.
