Snowfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches fell across the county.

A quick moving mid level disturbance tracked across the region, leading to some light snow across the northwestern Piedmont. Most locations received only a dusting, with Person and Forsyth Counties seeing up to one half of an inch. Numerous traffic accidents were reported in Forsyth County, with one accident resulting in a fatality.
