Liberty County dispatch reported a tree and a power line down at the intersection of Highway 17 and Phillips Road due to gusty winds.

Wider weather episode

Strong gradient winds occurred on the back side of a depart area of low pressure. A few of the wind gusts in the afternoon hours were strong enough to cause isolated damage.
