An area of low pressure over the Great Lakes on the morning of the 12th moved to near Eastport by the morning of the 13th. The low brought moderate to heavy snow to the western part of the State. Snowfall amounts generally ranged from 6 to 10 inches with lesser amounts along the coast and north of the mountains.
