A weak plume of moisture shifted eastward across New Mexico in association with a fast moving upper level trough. Scattered showers and thunderstorms developed across the area with gusty outflow winds and small hail. The strongest winds impacted the area around Belen and Clayton where gusts up to 60 mph were reported.
