A pilot reported a waterspout embedded within a thunderstorm about 2 nautical miles southeast of the Fajardo lighthouse.

A moist low level southeast wind flow combined with an upper level trough to produce conditions favorable for waterspout development.

Began near Puerto De Fajardo (18.3095, -65.6084).
