A short wave trough ejected northeast across New Mexico. Heavy snow generally between 8 and 16 inches accumulated above 7500 feet in the mountains of McKinley, Rio Arriba, Sandoval and San Juan Counties including the Chuska, Zuni, Southern San Juan and Jemez ranges.
