An indirect fatality occurred near Kibesillah Rock which is located six miles north of Fort Bragg, CA. The victim was a diver who was overcome by rough seas off the Mendocino County Coast. The Coast Guard rescued two other divers from the same party. Note that conditions were below advisory or warning criteria.
