A pilot reported a thunderstorm in the vicinity of Culebra, producing a waterspout.

The wider storm

The combination of a high pressure system with a tropical wave passing across the Southern Caribbean generated a moderate east to southeast low level wind flow which combined with ample low level moisture, favorable for waterspout development.
