Several trees were toppled at Jimmy Libby Cove on Big Lake by wind gusts estimated at 60 mph. A large pine tree fell on a house causing damage to the home. The time is estimated.

Wider weather episode

Thunderstorms developed during the afternoon of the 6th in advance of a cold front crossing the region. Several of the storms became severe producing damaging winds and large hail.
