The Burns Harbor measured a peak southwest wind gust of 57 mph three miles north-northwest of Eagle Harbor.

As a high pressure ridge passed east of the region, southwest storm force winds developed over the west half of Lake Superior on the 12th.

Began near Eagle Harbor Light (47.5000, -88.2000).
