Deer Creek at Roseburg rose above flood stage (10.0 feet) at 14/1630 PST, and reached moderate flood stage (13.0 feet) at 14/1930 PST. The river crested at 13.05 feet at 14/2000 PST. It fell below moderate flood stage at 15/0100 PST and below flood stage at 15/0600 PST.
