Heavy rain resulted in flooding of the Tualatin River at Dilley. The Tualatin River reached flood stage at 730 AM on November 25th, and crested at 17.7 feet at 1215 PM on November 25th. The river dropped below flood stage at 640 PM on November 25.

Wider weather episode

A moist Pacific front moving slowly across the area produced heavy rainfall, resulting in flooding of several rivers across Northwest Oregon and at least two landslides.
