Peak recorded wind gusts in Utah Valley included 57 mph at Pioneer Crossing and 54 mph in Lehi. In addition, damage was reported in Pleasant Grove, with a utility pole and multiple tree limbs knocked down by the strong winds.

A large Pacific storm system moved through Utah in mid-November, with strong gusty winds both ahead of and immediately behind the associated cold front.
