Heavy rain resulted in flooding of the Nehalem River near Foss. The Nehalem River reached flood stage at 100 AM on November 25th, and crested at 15.2 feet at 300 AM on November 25th. The river dropped below flood stage at 750 AM on November 25.

Wider weather episode

A moist Pacific front moving slowly across the area produced heavy rainfall, resulting in flooding of several rivers across Northwest Oregon and at least two landslides.
