Heavy rain resulted in flooding of the Wilson River near Tillamook. The Wilson River reached flood stage at 1053 PM on November 24th, and crested at 12.5 feet at 130 AM on November 25th. The river dropped below flood stage at 428 AM on November 25.

Wider weather episode

A moist Pacific front moving slowly across the area produced heavy rainfall, resulting in flooding of several rivers across Northwest Oregon and at least two landslides.
