Thunderstorms moved across western New York during the early morning hours of the 10th. During the afternoon of that day, two people were found dead in a Batavia cemetery. The medical examiner determined that the cause of death of the 34-year-old male and 32-year-old female was a lighting strike from the earlier overnight thunderstorms.
