Four to six inches of snow fell along interstate 84 before turning to sleet and freezing rain. One to 1.5 inches of ice accumulation was also reported.

A strong frontal system brought strong east winds to the North Willamette Valley and a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain down to the Valley Floor.
