A weather front moving north over western Alaska produced a period of heavy snowfall at the village of Nulato. The Cooperative Observer reported a total of 16 inches of snowfall. Snow began around 2300AST on the 5th, and ended at 1700ast on the 6th. The snowfall is estimated to have reached warning criteria of 8 inches at 0800AST on the 6th.
