Roosevelt received 7 inches of snow in 12 hours and 9 inches storm total.

Wider weather episode

A moist Pacific system moved across Utah over a four-day period. Areas of heavy snow occurred in the higher terrain the night of the 6th through the 8th. In the northern valleys, rain changed to snow on the 7th and continued through the early morning hours of the 9th. Heavy rain also occurred in the lower elevations of southern Utah.
