Cape Newenham reported winds to 72 mph and 8 hours of blizzard conditions.

Wider weather episode

A 954 mb low transited the Western Aleutians and brought a front through the Bering Sea. A triple-point low formed along this front. Southeasterly flow ahead of the triple point low caused blizzard conditions for the Pribilof Islands, the Kuskokwim Delta, and Bristol Bay.
