Strong northerly winds developed across the mountains of Santa Barbara county. Some peak wind gusts from the local RAWS network include: Montecito (gust 62 MPH) and Tepusquet (gust 59 MPH).

In the wake of a late season storm, strong and gusty northwest to north winds developed across southwestern California. Across the mountains and local deserts, wind gusts between 58 and 65 MPH were reported.
