The Walla Walla river near Touchet, (flood stage 13.0 feet) crested at 14.2 feet at 2245 on March 16th. Fell below flood stage by 1100 on the 17th.

Heavy rain and snow melt resulted in flooding along portions of the Walla Walla river for the second time this month.

Began near Lowden (46.0650, -118.5934).
