A thunderstorm off the coast of Lincoln City produced a waterspout, confirmed by photo from trained spotter.

Low pressure system offshore helped to generate enough instability for showers and a few thunderstorms along the coast of Oregon. One of these showers produced a waterspout off the coast from Lincoln City.
