Wider weather episode
Strong low pressure moving out of the Gulf of Mexico produced two waves of severe weather across southeast Louisiana and the adjacent coastal waters. The first round was associated with a warm front on the afternoon of the 3rd, the second with a cold front early in the morning of the 4th.
