The Oglethorpe County 911 center reported a small tree blown down on Wolfskin Road near Double Bridges Road.

A very moist and moderately unstable air mass in place across the southeastern U.S. combined with strong daytime heating to produce widespread afternoon and evening thunderstorms across north and central Georgia. The influence from the remains of tropical storm Cindy helped to produce scattered severe thunderstorms.
