Urban flooding was reported at PR Road 181 near Plaza Trujillo.

An upper-level low/TUTT over the northeast Carribbean combined with low to mid-level moisture to produce locally and diurnally induced shower activity across the region. With an east southeast flow, a line of showers developed downstream from El Yunque and affected the San Juan metro area during the late morning and afternoon hours.
